I have endured significant lower & mid thoracic back pain since age 21. I am now 42 yrs old & as they say "it gets worse with time" I can attest to that fact. Also I have worked in a car manufacturing plant for the past 15 yrs as a tm which has overworked my body, my joints, everything! Resulting in multiple surgeries, pain management, stretching, physical therapy & so on. I've taken Glucosamine/chondroitin supplements before & they helped. However this is my 1st time trying CG+ and after 1 week of taking this supplement it is helping more with pain than any of my previous attempts at feeling healthy again! I was experiencing slight pain and weakness at my ankles when I would run to cross the streets during my afternoon walks.. I’d pause during the sprint for fear of planting my foot wrong which would cause me to fall down in the middle of the street. It happened to me once years ago and was as scary as it was embarrassing. Since starting these pills less than a month ago; that pain and weakness has disappeared. I take two a day and not the recommended three. I’m 51 and expect to experience joint discomfort, fortunately I have no other issues. I do full squats without issue and I have to admit they seem even easier since starting glucosamine. I’m very pleased with the results so far and would definitely recommend.

I haven't used it long enough to be certain, but appears to be effective. I purchased it based upon institutional reviews and research. It appears to have safe ingredients, which is important for quality.

REALLY HELPS, boswellia added for inflammation

This has really helped with my arthritic thumbs and my hips. I have arthritis in my thumbs, just as my mother did. I sew and craft a lot, and opening jars is painful. I walk 4-5 miles a day, and my hips are somewhat painful in bed. But since I have been using this all of my discomfort has almost disappeared. I have slight twinges but nothing like the aching and sharp pains I used to experience. I would definitely recommend. The capsules are a little large but not difficult to swallow.

My Dr. recommended these. I've been taking them for 3 months now. I can definitely tell the difference. I walk a lot to stay flexible and mobile. Thought it'd try these for my aches and pains(getting old and feel it sometimes 😩). Will continue to take them as long as it continues to work for me.

I've been taking a glucosamine supplement for years and they really helped but never eliminated the hip/pelvic pain. The one I was taking was out of stock, so I did some research and several sites recommended this product.
