Is this gi ibjjf legal?

After reviewing the uniform rules for the IBJJF, this Gi should be legal. The top and bottom come in the same exact color and there is no color difference between the collar and jacket. The only parts that aren't the same color are the logos/patches. If you are competing in this league though, I would raise this question to an officiant for a final answer.

The colour of this product is super black, which is really amazing. It is not like some other Gi where a black colour looks like as if it was warn 100times and washed out. Quality seems ok-ish. The only problem of this product is that it can be baggy.
