The grapefruit flavour of these tablets is fantastic, I’ve tried others as well as imitations, and have always ended up throwing them away. The grapefruit actually tastes like pink grapefruit which makes it enjoyable to drink. I take these in several circumstances: when I’ve been ill, when travelling for work or vacation, after a night out and when I’ve done significant exercise. The fact that they are so easy to transport and easy to use makes them great to pop in a bag. I find they get to work pretty quickly and start to feel the effects within an hour. They also don’t take too long to fizz which means you can use them quite quickly. Lastly, they mix properly. I’ve tried so many that just sit at the bottom of a glass - these are the real deal.

I have bought this for myself as I needed to go for runs with this. It comes in a plastic tube and the appearance are of a tablet form where you can break them into smaller chunks and drop them in your water bottle. They dissolve quite quickly and the taste is good, not the best. The performance is apparent after a while and it’s a lot of value for money. I don’t get any muscle cramps when using these, and i’m glad they work. Overall, these are great to have.

These taste nice !! Very useful when abroad in a hot climate. I take one of these a day to make sure I stay hydrated when abroad

Love that these are no sugar and easy to pop one into a glass of water. I've added this to my daily routine to keep up hydration. Love the pink grapefruit flavour and think the pack is good value. Berry flavour is a bit too sweet for me though so wish there could be more options for variety.

I bought this to quickly replace lost salts and potassium after sweating them all out (yuck) after a rather brisk dog walk in +25 degree C, temperatures. I have Meniers disease and without taking this after such a walk I get an accute vertigo attack; extreme dizziness and sickness. Depending how old you are its either like being spun round on a park roundabout for about an hour or having 12 pints of beer. Not nice. Anyway I digress. This works a treat to backfill those lost salts and provide the required balance back into my ears. When I use it as a cure, it works quickly in my opinion with the dizziness visually stopping after about 10 minutes. Possibly not designed for my symptoms but it does what it says on the "tin" (plastic bottle). It also prevents cramp, which I also use this for when mountain biking in hot weather... when I'm not being dizzy and falling over.

The flavour of this wasn’t great.. however, dissolves fairly well and did give me better energy and hydration levels
