First off, I really like this dehydrator. I've used it for jerky, fruits, veggies, and yogurt. These mesh sheets are important for jerky or fragile fruits like tomatoes. They are high quality plastic that worked well and cleaned up quickly with soapy water. Having the sheets allows me to do more with the dehydrator than I could do originally. They were definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

I personally will only buy cassori things for my cassori dehydrater. You get the best and the best fit.

They save you much time. The metal crates are a bear to clean, so these are amazing, and the fruit is easier to get off.

I fell in love with these when I ordered my dehydrator. One came with it and when I went to order more, I misread and ordered the flimsy ones. I was so disappointed. Well, now I have more of these and am very happy about that. I love to dehydrate meats and this is SO much easier in many ways. Right size for my unit, same nice thickness, is easy to clean, has not stained at all for me, and allows air to flow nicely. It's a win-win. Would recommend 5 stars!

I misread the details and was surprised to receive only 2 screens. Therefore much higher price than expected.I dehydrated carrots on these screens, and they turned orange. After washing thoroughly, the screens remained orange. That doesn’t take away from the quality.

This is a great product. The timer is a must have feature. I used a thermometer to verify the temperature settings. I found the temperature to be +-2 degrees. The stainless steel components were a must. I didn’t want plastic like other dehydrators. The recipe book is helpful to get some ideas. You definitely feel like the machine is not cheap. The viewing window could be better, but not a major drawback. I’ve used this 10 times with no problems. It’s the best dehydrator I’ve had. I’ve used some very expensive ones. One drawback for people looking to dry a large quantity, the capacity’s isn’t huge.

Fit my machine perfect. Work great. Non stick. I would recommend
