These mast tattoo pens are quiet, have very low vibration and are very easy to use. This mast works quite well as I've been using it for the past few weeks on a daily basis for at least, or about, an hour every day praying on fake skins. I did actually give myself 2 small tattoos on my legs using this pen and it came out great with very little pain. The tattoos healed quicker than any others that I have gotten from professionals- not sure why but as a beginner I credit the tattoo pen for that as there was no scabbing of the skin so it's like this pen hit with just the perfect strength. If you're a beginner, or just like inexpensive tattoo pens, then definitely try this as I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
