Q: How accurate is the sizing?

Sizing is accurate and they are quite comfortable

Q: Can you wear this on their own with no pad or anything if you have heavy flow?

Haven't tried, but I would not try anyway. I use the menstrual cup with these panties for the first 2-3 days, then the panties only for the rest. Other brands have heavy flow mentrual panties. I have some of those from Wuka or Modibodi, both are safe to wear with no pad or cup, but you might feel a bit too wet and uncomfortable after just few hours. I only use these heavy flow panties with no cup for night time, and first thing in the morning, have a quick shower. Hope this helps.

Q: Why are they named Heavy flow if they are only suitable forlight flow?

These are suitable for light flow only. You will get leakage with heavy flow.

Q: What temperature should you wash them

I’ve always washed them at 40 even though I think the instructions say 30. They have been fine with that and my daughter has had some of hers over 2 years and they still work great.
