I like this jacket a lot. It's very lightweight and has a soft, satiny finish. I have not worn it in the rain yet, so I don't know how waterproof it will be, but I'm guessing that it is water-resistant rather than waterproof. It's great if you live in a warm, rainy climate because it is lightweight and breathable. It's cooler to wear than a nylon shell.The size medium was a roomy fit for me, which surprised me. My measurements are 37, 31, 39. I'm 5ft 6 and weigh 140 lbs. The medium was comfortable through the shoulders (even though I have broad shoulders), and the arm length was fine for my long arms. The jacket wrapped around me with 5 or 6 inches of overlap through the hips.. When I adjusted the waist drawstring, it looked and fit fine. However, I don't think sizing up is required for this jacket. If you're between sizes, you might need to size down. The jacket is long enough to cover your bottom when you sit down. It should keep your legs drier than most in light rain.

I weigh approximately 170lbs 5'5" height. I bought an XXL. Don't like tight clothes. It's still roomy with a sweatshirt under it. The hood is great to me. Drawstring close not weird toggles.and roomy enough to go over your face not sit way back so your hair is exposed. It also has a cinch to tighten around waist. A zip close with snaps also. I bought black and I like the lining. Would have preferred a solid color. It's mid weight. I'm not sure how dry you'd stay in pouring rain but I wore today in light rain and seemed water resistant....just shake it off and hang up. I don't think it would stand up to heavy duty work every day. I just bought a second one to save if this one wears out. Good for Spring through Fall.

Its more than I expected for the price. Its lightweight, but has a little weight at the same time because of the lining. The lining is navy blue striped for fyi. I wanted a long coat, I'm 5 foot and it hits right at the knee. Fits well, I have room for it to fit over bulky clothes if needed, but not so much as to look sloppy. Received a compliment the first day I wore it.

Very nice jacket, but the size was way off. Ordered a large and it was big all over. I would order a size down from usual size.

My new raincoat is absolutely beautiful. Well made and comfortable to wear on a rainy day. I love, love, love it. It's everything they advertised it to be.

I can’t believe the price of this raincoat. With quality like this, it should’ve cost more. I have to say I was shocked to see how nice it is because of the price. It’s exactly what I wanted, waterproof with a hood with a zipper the right length, etc..

Jacket is cute, and works well if it’s a light sprinkle outside. I live in NYC and had a 20 minute walk home today. A couple minutes into my walk the rain started to soak through the lining. A little frustrating, so I wouldn’t recommend this if you will be out in the rain for a while.

Nice coat. Nice oversized hood & lightweight. Nice color as well. The coat is black, the pin stripes on the hood and interior are blue & white, but still cute. Size 2X fits just right for pear shaped woman, zipped. Happy with my purchase.
