Daily Deodorant Sunny Pits | Summer and Hot Weather Essential | Aluminum-Free, Clear & Clean | 2.6 oz (Pack of 1)

I'll start this off simply: Of the variety of options available online for natural essential oil deodorants that has lemon in it, this seems like the best I've found. 1. Although it has a lemony smell with a hint of "something else," it comes off as pretty gender neutral. Most importantly, it actually isn't so overpowering, it stands out when people are near you. Perfect for what I want... 2. My goal is to eliminate odor bacteria, not smell like lemons. This does it perfectly (while still smelling a little like lemons). The lemon essential oils impregnated through helps kill the odor bacterial, meaning although you can still sweat under your arms a little, it will be scent free. 3. For me, it works all day. I am pretty active all day, however I will warn if you "stress sweat" alot, then you might want to apply a second time at lunch or something. 4. The size IMO is a little small. That is good for portability, but not the best for longevity. Luckily, you'll usually only use a small thin layer per application, so even though the amount is deceptively little, it does seem to go a long way with general use. Maybe, a month of daily use? Maybe a little less? Not sure, but a big plus is you can easily dig out the remnants and lay them out, then take pieces and rub under your armpits to use the rest up. Pretty nice. 5. The price is a bit expensive. It can be found in local stores (ask if you want an answer to this), but for a similar price. Oh well. Overall: I'm happy with the relatively-neutral smell this deodorant has. I will suggest it, especially if you're looking for a neutral smell that keeps odor bacteria at bay. I hope they keep making this stuff. For those on a budget: Here's a cheap home-made alternative that is, unfortunately, much more of a hassle than just applying this deodorant and go: Mix lemon juice/lemon essential oils & baking soda Allow the reaction to subside. Keep mixing until a manageable paste is formed. Grab the paste and put it directly under your armpits. Rub it in. Keep it there for 3-10 minutes. Take a shower to rinse the paste off. Do NOT use soap under your armpits until the next time you shower again. Repeat above steps. It will keep odor at bay, and is affordable for those on a tight budget. Alternatively, you could also use a half a lemon and press/squeeze it under your arms. Why this works? The lemon juice actually kills the bacteria under your armpits that cause odor. Furthermore, the lemon juice changes the pH under your armpits temporarily, so more bacteria has a hard time coming back. The lemon juice typically doesn't irritate most skins. As an added bonus: the baking soda will lighten up dark under armpits for those who have more melanin. An easier option (that has worked so far) is just buy this deodorant. I highly suggest it. This works so well. Has such a light fresh smell and keeps me smelling fresh all day long. I have no irritation and the stick lasts a long time.

I have to try it for weeks before leaving a review on this product. And to be honest this is by far the most effective roll on deo I ever tried after shower or even when you’re on the go. It so easy to apply, non sticky, doesn’t stain on the shirt. I love that they put a transparent cover on for hygiene purposes. I put it on before going to bed, I did not reapply in the morning, decide to do Zumba to test it, and just wow I did not smell. Then tried to put it on after shower (make sure your underarms are completely dry before putting on) went to work for 13hours and really surprises that I don’t feel sticky and smelly. However if ever you’re physically very active at work and at some point the body sweats mixed with it, I suggest to freshen up and reapply again. I recommend to try their underarm mask or even the underarm bar before putting on this roll on deo as it is a very effective combination to combat BO and whiten the underarms. This is worth the money.

Works well enough. The scent isn’t overpowering (thank God!). Fits in my gym bag. I really like the no aluminum and no phthalate and no alcohol part of this. Wish it lasted longer. But it works.

Smells great, rolls on really easy. It’s clear so no pit stains. A little pricey but it’s works great. Reorder every time! I couldn’t use native because apparently I’m sensitive to the baking soda, this is a good alternative for me!

Update: I've updated my review to five stars because they did allow me to return the two deodorants. I was able to go to Target and smell a couple ones I hadn't tried. I got the smoothie deo. It smells nice without being overpowering, and it seems to work pretty well. If you don't like strong scents I would recommend the smoothie deo. ****** I'm 44, my old deodorant just quit working. To be fair these do seem to work, but the scents are overpowering and not very appealing. I got beachy pits first because I thought it would smell... Beachy. It smells like my grandma smelled in the early '90s. I don't want to smell like an old lady. And although it lists bergamot it doesn't smell citrusy at all. So I crossed my fingers and ordered Sunny Pits. Other reviewers said it smelled like sunshine in a bottle. It does not. It took me a day to place it . . . It smells like cheap laundry detergent. It makes me gag. Now I've spent nearly $30 on two deodorants I can't use. There's no way to really go smell them before you buy them. I don't think I can return them but I'm going to see. I know from other reviews that they are good smelling to some people. But if you're like me and you use All free and clear detergent and are generally sensitive to scents, you will find these cloying and overpowering especially if you're wearing a sleeveless shirt.

I read the reviews and was skeptical about trying this, but there were more good reviews so I thought what the heck. You just never know unless you try one review in particular said it would take a week or so for your pits to get used to the change. I used this product for a week and a half but it caused me a really bad rash under my arms and literally made me itch From my armpits to my ears. I had to get up in the middle of the night and lather on the hydrocortisone cream just to sleep even after I stopped using it I was still itching for several days and yes, I Did shower lol. I haven’t used it for about four days and I still have a whelped up spot under my arm. Almost like a Chemical burn. Speaking of burns it burns like fire if you put it on right after showering and you shaved.

I love this deodorant. My pits smell like sunshine, they don’t stain my clothes or irritate my skin or dry it out. My fav.
