I've noticed a huge difference in mild to moderate joint inflammation when taking this everyday. I can take it with other supplements in the morning as well (with a protein drink or breakfast) and NOT have any side effects. Tumeric is so healthy and good for our bodies. New Chapter offers three types: Tumeric Force powder and capsules and, Tumeric Nightforce, capsules. I use and like all three. I alternate the powder (which I mix into morning shakes or juice) and the capsules later in the day or when not drinking my breakfast. I take Nightforce nightly before bed, helps me sleep better. Great for knees

I take this Tumeric supplement every day to help with my high inflammation levels. I'm not a doctor nor do I provide medical advice but for me it helped bring my inflammation levels into the normal range after taking it everyday for 3 months.

Found it was one of the 3 best products of turmeric. Did not feel it was effective until I added black pepper when I took it.

This turmeric is working really well for me!

So, I'm a fifty-some year old woman and last year I tried to do a cartwheel in our backyard. Don't ask... I was trying to recapture my youth. As a result of said "half" cartwheel, I pulled something inside my left hip/inner thigh. Ever since then I have had pain when sleeping on my left or right sides at night. I also have pain in my left hip/inner thigh when moving my left knee laterally. Recently a friend who is gluten intolerant started taking turmeric for digestive issues. She is pleased with the results. I remembered that turmeric is supposed to help with inflammation and allergies, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have allergies and sometimes break out in hives - even though I take an allergy medication. I ordered New Chapter Turmeric and have been taking it daily for nearly 2 weeks. Last night I was able to sleep on my left side WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! Furthermore, getting out of my low-sitting 2-door car was actually painless today! Very happy with this product! Researched many options, and so far this is the best. It comes in a glass bottle, unlike many vitamin options that come in plastic bottles these days, and it comes mostly full which is more efficient and less wasteful. The pills are pretty typical and easy enough to swallow. I like to think they are doing exactly what I expect them to do! I've reordered this product many, many times, and so far, have no desire to switch.
