Colavita White Balsamic Vinegar, 2 Count(Pack of 1)

This vinegar is nice and mild and is a great addition to a homemade Italian dressing, I go thru a lot of this vinegar.

Needed this for making salad dressing. Tastes great.

This is delicious. I like balsamic vinegar, but it is black. This mixed with olive oil or avocado oil makes a delicious dressing for salads. NO salt needed, no preservitives. My Dad had kidney disease and had to cut back on salt. I made that for him and he loved it .. He could use as much as he wanted. No kidney problems.

I am always on the lookout for a white Balsamic vinegar that can compare to the discontinued Trader Joe's white Balsamic vinegar. This brand is pretty close but I found it a little on the sweet side and it still was lacking that wonderful grape note that the Trader Joe's brand had. Other than that I found that it works good for making salad dressings and also for sauerkraut which I still like from time to time.

I am very happy with this. I was trying to find a similar product to the Trader Joe’s discontinued White Modena vinegar. This is a bit different than Trader Joe’s, but it is nice because it isn’t as acidic as other Vinegars on the market and it has a sweeter flavor. I am happy with my purchase and will buy again.

Best white balsamic vinegar I have tasted and use for all my homemade salad dressings. It is very hard to find in the stores. The seller packed the 2 bottles very securely in separate heavy duty styrofoam like receptacles..each bottled nestled firmly . Five stars to the seller for being diligent about shipping bottles so securely.

I make a salad that we use balsamic vinegar on but didn't like the brown color of the traditional. Using the 'white' or clear helps the salad to retain its color, instead of making all the ingredients unappetizing tan. This has the flavor, only not as strong as the traditional. I would recommend this.
