It is lousy toy. I bought one for my grandson and the sound lasted about 2 hours and stopped working. I kept it, because he was only 18 months old and didn’t understand that i wanted to send it back. I’m glad I only paid 20 dollars for the toy. **Q: Is there a button for the sound? Just stopped working very quickly after buying?** A: No. I had the same problem TWICE. I reached out to Amazon, the distributor, and the manufacturer. All gave me the runaround and I got no help. The manufacturer took 5 weeks to reply, then another 4 weeks to reply again. Basically, it's just a poor quality toy with terrible customer service. **Q: Does wheeels move only with extreme force ? And I don’t get the back sound while pulling it back ?** A: This was a waste of money. The tracks don’t move unless you use extreme force. I bought it for my 2 year old great grandson so he isn’t able to move the tracks. The sound stopped working within 2 hours after he started playing with it. He plays with, so I kept it. I have bought him some Bruder toys and they seem to be built better.
