Smith & WessonM&P Bodyguard Connect 5.65in High Carbon S.S. Folding Knife with 2.25in Tanto Blade and Polymer Handle for Outdoor Survival, Camping and EDC

I like to carry a lockblade in a medium to smaller size. I have Syderco, Bear & Sons, Buck, benchmade, Gerber and Kabar the big names. But, this I purchased reminded me of the Schrade CLIPHANGER knife with lanyard kit I had. But, this more than that model that was made in the U.S.A.. The design is very solid. When the blade is open the liner lock is positioned dead center with no wiggle. The CLIPHANGER was bolstered together. This knife is fastened with hexnuts for the ultimate strength in the frame. Also, when the knife is folded the blade is dead center. The jimping to hold your thumb is comfortable and works well. I inspected the blade it was near perfect it came with a good sharp edge. I honed the blade a little very little and put this knife to the test cutting up the Amazon box and a few boxes for recycling. This little knife cut up everything like it was warm butter. The thing is the knife tip comes in its own shipping cover when you get the knife. The tip was 99% perfect straight and even from the tip and all the way even down both sides of the blade!. If you carry a small EDC knife that locks made awesome for little money and you won't be pissed if you lose it this is the knife for you! Even love the color!!

Dont get me wrong, its a well put knife, sturdy and looks rugged. The only problem I had is that the lanyard hook or hole (where one can loop a rope lanyard or a large keychain ring) sometimes disconnects from the knife.Since the lanyard hook is made of plastic it bends and can detach itself from the body of the handle.Also, the knife seems tiny. Its almost like a small pocket knife a boyscout would carry in his pocket.Not impressed at all.
