Yum.
These probably cost more than they should but whether they are super fresh or a little stale, they sure are creamy and delicious for any lover of good quality licorice. These things are probably loaded with calories (I don’t even bother looking at the nutrition info) , so I try not to overdo it.

Lovely caramel texture
Slightly salty and delightfully chewy. Perfect black licorice. I bought them for my son, along with some other black licorice, and this was our favorite of them all.

Fresh black licorice toffees
My husband loves these! Not sure how good are they on your teeth but if you let them soften in your mouth for a good bit, your teeth will thank you! Black licorice + toffee Fresh & good quality!

Nonsuch Hits Licorice
I bought these because a local candy store owner gave me some soft imported licorice to try which I was not sure about but tried and liked. I love nonsuch but never have bought it when it was not imported and believe this contributes to the inconsistent texture from my favorite: firm but soft to sticky and taffy like which is what I got this round. The licorice flavor was not overwhelming and if you like nonsuch and remotely like licorice, you will love this.

Best of both candies
I recently discovered Walkers Liquorice Toffees, despite them having been around for ages. How did I not know about this perfect marriage of my two favorites? They are a perfect blend of sweet, buttery toffee and just the right amount of liquorice. They are harder than saltwater taffy, but soon become smooth and chewy as they start to melt in the mouth. They are a little pricy, as they are produced in the UK, but well worth it for a top-quality treat. I love sharing them with my one grandchild who also likes black liquorice. Everyone saves their black jellybeans for us. I also tried the Walkers Mint Toffee, but that combo wasn't as good as I had expected. The caramel / liquorice blend is really the best of both flavors.

The Tantra of Caramel
These are fantastic. Licorice and caramel... It's like some secret pleasure known to mythic lovers... Be careful with the dental work as these are very chewy. Let them melt... Your soul melts, too. The Salted Caramel flavor is my favorite, but these are soooo close... Bags go too fast...

these are delicious if you love black licorice. May seem hard at first but soften once you put them into your mouth.

I love these but the issue is I cannot restrain myself and eat too many in one go!
