Well worth it
Real quality rubber gasket, much better than the cheap ones that usually come free with thermostats. Highly recommended for a trouble-free install and leak-free repair.

Poor Quality
This was supposed to be a gasket of higher grade than the gaskets that can be purchased locally for less money. Reviews stated it was rubberized somewhat like the old gaskets we used to get. It is not. Its a cheap paper gasket that sticks on and can be purchased at a much lower price. Don't be tricked by the fake reviews.
