It's the best replacement to regular pasta I've had yet. I would appreciate elbow shape for mac and cheese. I have diabetes and must make so many foods from scratch that this was fantastic.

I like to try stuff, so I gave these noodles a go. To be clear, I didn’t expect this to taste like regular pasta. But it’s just not good. It smells funny. The texture is weird. If you taste them plain, the noodles are awful. I smothered mine with meat sauce and cheese, which helped me to get past the taste, but that weird texture was still there. I had to throw most of it away. I like most any food, but this just wasn’t good. If I didn’t want carbs, I would be much more inclined to make zucchini noodles than have these. They don’t taste like pasta either, but they taste better and have a better texture than these!

Closet thing to real spaghetti picks up on any sauce you use and very healthy..

It was meh. Palmetti brand is much tastier. It keeps its texture better, and is comparable to spaghetti squash. This one is mushier. I don’t recommend it.

Just tried this for the first time after a friend mentioned this type “noodle”. If you like spaghetti squash, you will likely like this. You don’t get much, but it’s sooo much easier than cutting/cooking the squash, and I preferred this anyway. I’m the only one that eats this way, so I typically waste some of the ss. I’ll buy again for sure. Mind you, I’ve not eaten regular pasta in a long time. Some gluten free pasta is OK, but it’s STILL some sort of flour, and I’ve not figured out for sure if it’s gluten or just flour in general that my system doesn’t like. I tried it initially just rinsing, then heating a little for my pasta sauce. It was ok. I then added some of the noodles to boiling water for five minutes. Not mushy, but pretty soft. I kept the extra in a baggie, and added sauce, meat to eat the next day. Still pretty good. I’ve been missing spaghetti, so I got my fix. Yay!

While I am the only Keto eater at this house, it prevents others from wanting to have pasta and so they all miss out because of me. The carb count on this spaghetti pasta is so low and healthy that on Keto it is totally ok for me to enjoy it. That makes it possible for us all to have a pasta meal even if we have different kinds for each of us. It cooks up fast and follow the directions for best a dente results. It smells and tastes a lot like canned artichokes so if you like that, this is a good choice. The thickness of the pasta is much like having a flour based spaghetti. Other than the cost I am totally impressed with this purchase. A great item for now and then as a spaghetti dinner. Or with butter and seasoning. Being a 3 pack helps with the cost and I wish the angel hair choice came in a 3 pack as I like that thinner version a bit more.

Giving this 2 stars because the taste wasn't terrible. It was easy to prepare, and just needed to be heated up. But this will never be a pasta substitute. It tastes like a mild vegetable - but nothing close to pasta. I'm doing the Whole30 eating plan and this seems to be a popular choice for people. I prefer spaghetti squash to this. Also this was very expensive for just 9 oz. Better off eating vegetables or squash.

I Love these low carb noodles. I really likè that they are the samè color as pasta noodles. this was my 1st Time to try these. I had used the white ones but these are SO MUCH BETTER!! I do rinse them really good then let them sit in fresh clean watèr for at least 15 minutes before adding them to my recipe. I ordered 3 more pkgs.
