How much does the replaceable filters cost?

Mine came with several extra ones and I’ve not had to change it yet in over a year. If you email the company they will send you some. Last year they would do this at no charge. And it’s a simple make your own out of 50 micron filter paper. That will end up costing about .01 each

Does this fit a 300 Win. Mag?

how well does this work on suppressors?

It works well for the barrel. It is built better that the cheaper alternatives. Additionally it has a dust filter which is useful when shooting in the desert. However, specifically cooling a can, it works as just as well as cooling the barrel since it is attached. Not super fast but much quicker than without. It is particularly beneficial during load development and shooting matches where the breaks between the strings of fire are short. Nothing beats water but don't expect your can to last forever if you go the quenching route.

Anyone figure out a way to use this with a muzzleloader (without pulling the breech plug)?
