I am a female and my wrist is 17.5cm at it's narrowest point, so I was concerned about the fit. But in order for these bracelets to work effectively, they should be pushed up the arm slightly above the wrist joint to ensure the bracelet has all round contact with your skin. This one fits perfectly. I have worn magnetic bracelets continually for many years due to arthritic thumb joints, made worse by repetitive strain and I bought this one because my old one needed replacing. It feels more effective in relieving any pain and so I am delighted with it.

Looks very nice, much better than the price belies. Not sure yet about pain relief as it’s still early days hence a lower star rating. Take note of the size as it is quite long, as you see in my picture I have chunky arms and wrists and this needed two links taking out, to sit in the correct position. Very pleased with my purchase,

I bought this bracelet mainly because of my knees and I think it makes a difference. It also looks nice, the only thing is, this is my second one, the first one was lost, either the catch broke or it snapped. I tried another kind of magnetic bracelet but didn't like it, so bought this one again.

Doesn't cause a rash. Colour still good. It could be psychological but my joints do feel easier.

This could quite easily be lost as the clip comes undone too easy. It's already come off 4 times
