I have recently started suffering from what is believed to be arthritis in my hips and have had a lot of restless nights. I do daily exercises to help alleviate the pain and also purchased a memory foam mattress topper which helps considerably. However I was still experiencing a bit of pain and discomfort. I purchased this product and used it for the first time last night and all I can say is that I had one of the best nights sleep in a while. The pillow seems to take the stress and pressure off my hips. I usually sleep on my side but have found it difficult, but I had no problems moving with the use of this pillow. It seemed to hold its position throughout the night. I am over the moon with this purchase at the moment. Hopefully things will continue in a positive manner. Based on my experience I would recommend this product.

Didn't know what to expect with this, and was rather doubtful when unwrapped it was found to be very firm. But in fact it has been a revelation, greatly improving my sleeping. Legs are also much more comfortable in the morning. For myself, it has proved to be a first class investment.

This really helps relieve pressure on the lower back. I had previously used a regular pillow but that moved around a lot and would become uncomfortable. This is an excellent product and good value for money in my opinion. My only criticism is it’s maybe ever so slightly to thick. I realise we are all slightly different shapes and sizes but I find it a little too thick (I’m a 6 ft male of average build). The memory foam is very comfortable and I really like it.

Lying in bed on my side caused me back and hip pain. Purchasing the Contour Legacy leg pillow has not been a miracle cure but has definitely enabled me to get a much better night sleep and helped to reduce the pain when I sleep on my side . Plus at the time of purchase was reduced in price on Amazon.

Really good concept. Its a fantastic way of holding your legs apart whilst sleeping to relieve pressure on your joints. Unfortunately the sponge dose not breath so you get really sweaty. Find another product that dose breath. IT REALLY HELPS AT NIGHT

Only received yesterday so only used once. Very comfortable to use, but smaller than expected but this did not matter and I slept well and woke up with the item still in place… I had expected it to have moved, as some similar leg pillows have an elastic strap for keeping it in place. I can honestly say my leg was not as painful as usual, hopefully the effect will continue.
