It’s a great vacuum with awesome features and an easy to use app. The suction is better than I had expected. The problem I have is carpet. It will run on carpet for about 10 minutes straight. Then it will announce a “main brush stuck” error. The brush is not stuck, the carpet just causes a malfunction for some reason. When this error happens I check the brush and empty the dust bin. Neither solves the issue. On hardwood and small rugs the vacuum is flawless. The M6 has reviews stating the same issue with carpet. It’s a great device, navigates well but if you need your living room carpet cleaned then look elsewhere. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars No support *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2023* This company should go out of business pronto. I bought this robot vacuum and had no idea there would be no support for it down the line. The battery died and there are none available anywhere. The company responds that they don't support this model anymore. Seriously! If they could sell the vacuum with a battery installed that makes it work then why in the wide world would they not sell a replacement battery! Amazon should ban this seller if they haven't already done so. In hindsight I should have bought a "robot vacuum" that allows you to store a cleaning pattern. I feel that I spend a lot of time trying to get my Ironpie to go in to a space. I also have discovered that the mopping feature collects any debris it encounters. The only way I can figure out how to empty it is difficult. I also wish it came with more cleaning pads. The battery life is good and the suction for cleaning is effective.
