This product works great. It contains levmetamfetamine, a decongestant
I have updated my review. When I first bought this, I didn't realize it was a decongestant. I have since tried it and am amazed at how great it works. It is much better than nasal sprays. It works immediately to relieve nasal congestion, and there is no mess. I highly recommend it over nasal decongestant sprays. I have a horrible cold, and this makes it possible for me to breathe through my nose, and it has stopped my nose from dripping!

Good On The Go.
Slightly less effective than Benzedrex but far more subtle of a "bite" with a more pleasant aromatic component. A bit pricey IMO, but overall a good experience. I would purchase again and recommend to carry in the backpack or purse.

Works
My nose stays stopped up all the time all year round. Why I don't know the doctor said everything is fine. I was even addicted to the nose sprays but you don't want to stay on them too long. So I got a Rx to ween me off the nose sprays and started using saline nasal spray and inhaling (V) I won't say the brand but they helped me a lot. That combo was keeping my nose open. Only problem with the (V) nasal stick was I kept losing it. It was made to use on a key chain. Once I unlocked my door and stepped on it because it fell off the key ring. I've lost like 4 or 5 of them and they're expensive. So I went with this brand and honestly I like it and it works much better than the (V) brand. It lasts much longer too. If your nose is stuffed up too try this.

Worked but caused issues
I used this inhaler for a few weeks. No problem initially. I started using this every day a few times a day a couple weeks in and I developed a nasty cough for 4 weeks. Still coughing actually. And I’m not sick. I can only assume it’s from this. I’d stay away.

An essential. It really does work.
I have had problems with a drippy nose. I can and do blow my nose when I need too, but this product is outstanding for stopping the dripping. I use it during the day when and as necessary. It's not that often when it is, but I do make a point of using it just before doing to bed and avoid any problems overnight.
