I planted some of my tomato plants in promix and some in the regular organic potting mix I got at Home Depot. I was curious to see if there was a difference since there's a pretty big difference in price. It was obvious within a week that the promix was worth the added cost. The tomatoes transplanted into promix were three times larger within a week and were super sturdy. It also retained water way better than the regular potting mix. I will only ever use promix on my seedlings from now on.

Planted BigBoy tomato seeds a month ago hoping that out of state seed will give me “yummy” tomatoes”. Already plants are flowering. Flo B. Fl

The quality of this soil is unmatched. It’s expensive but it’s worth it’s weight in gold!!!!

This is a fresh loamy soil compared to Espoma's potting mix soil. I still have to sift it, but not as much.

This is my second order of this product and I'm knocking off a star due to the large amount of twigs and sticks in the three bags I received. I did not have this problem with my first two bags, but it was quite a pain filling my cell packs with the new bags...LOTS of chunks. Maybe they forgot to sift the latest batch. I still like the results, though.

Planting seeds in it. Grew well.
