Perfect cold brew pitcherQ
This puppy is a game changer. Ha! I was so over spe ding so much on ice coffee from the fancy coffee shops. I knew I needed to figure out how to do it at home. I had tried all the tricks to make ice coffee and when it came down to the straining it was a disaster every time. Then, I got this pitcher. It works PERFECTLY! Its so easy to follow the instructions, its easy to clean and super durable. Its plastic not glass so really you don't have to worry about it breaking. I love how the lid you can take the strainer attachment off and it still turns to close the container or you can twist it a turn and it opens to our without having to take the whole lid off. So far I haven't noticed that it has any spillage issues. If I could change one thing, it would be just got it to hold more simply because its our new favorite so we quickly are going through it!For how much im saving ordering this pitcher i would 1,000% say its worth its money! And I think i got same day delivery which was incredible so I got to start my cold brew journey right away!

Makes Cold Brew Easy
I have been using my French press to make cold brew but decided to go with a dedicated cold brew method and container. I decided on this product because I have been a big fan of Takeya tumblers for several years. The name has been synonymous with quality and durability. I typically only use glass but the glass version is much more than I wanted to spend but this Tritan plastic version is very affordable and works the same. The recipe and instructions are included and it's extremely simple and was to use. The fine mesh filter is great because I prefer a less coarse grind and this does not allow for the fine grains to pass through, resulting in a very clean pitcher of cold brew. I love the aesthetics and design but it's very tall, making it hard to fit in my refrigerator configuration. I had to adjust the shelf to accommodate the height but other than that, I'm very happy with this product.

Easy to use, no grounds in coffee, and easy to clean!
This makes great coffee and is extremely easy to clean. The product is lightweight even when full and I get about 4 - servings per pitcher. I do wish they made one size larger but I love being able to store my coffee in a to go tumbler so I just grab and go on my way to work! It seems very durable and the coffee doesn’t stain the pitcher. Also, I have not had any grounds in my coffee unless I spilled them! I’ve been using this for at least 2 months and I am very happy I made this purchase!

We LOVE our 1QT and 2Qt Takeya Cold Brew Coffee Makers
They are so easy to use. They're dishwasher safe (top rack, if you have the clearance). They makes VERY GOOD coffee. You can stop spending $5 per cup at SBux.I have the process down to a science, to get the best cup of coffee for ME....your experience may be different. I've added additional steps which include double filtering the brewed coffee to remove the fines. It can take a little time and effort but it is SO worth it.If you aren't likely to want to consume every drop, you can skip that step and just be careful with your pour so that you leave the fines in the carafe. However, I have found that filtering the final product makes for a perfect cup of cold brew coffee, with no grit....every bit as good as what you can buy at a coffee shop. The filtering process IS a little cumbersome but for my money, it's totally worthwhile. The brewer does exactly what it is intended to do and there's really no way to make for fewer fines in the end product. Grinders are the problem when it comes to creating the fines and in the end, a tighter filter would just prevent the brewer from doing what it is supposed to do.After brewing, my filtering process goes like this:1. Remove the filter with the brewed coffee and drain the coffee from the filter. I keep the coffee that drains out and add it to the rest of the coffee for filtering.2. Pour coffee from the carafe, into another container. I use a funnel and a 1.5 liter plastic bottle. Pour carefully to leave as many fines behind as possible.3. Rinse and drain the carafe.4. Pour the coffee from the other container through a paper cone filter, back into the carafe. I use a reusable filter as support for the cone filter. The reusable filter rests nicely in the opening of the carafe top.5. Pour the coffee through the filter, back into the carafe for your first filtering. This step may take a while. Every batch of coffee will be a little different in terms of sediment. It is possible to clog up your paper cone filter but a quick rinse will get you back in service. Some days you will not have to rinse it during the first filtering, other days, you'll rinse it a few times.6. Once the carafe is full, rinse the filter one more time. Put the paper filter back into the replaceable filter and pour the coffee through it again, into the other container, for storage in the fridge.7. Add water as desired.8. Drink and enjoy, without ANY grit.
