Cheap Flavour Was Never So Expensive
The cauliflower is nicely cooked and the crunchy crust does what it says on the tin, but the cheese sauce is dreadful and kills anything else that's good about it.For such an expensive meal I was really surprised that the sauce has that powdery flavour and texture that you get in the cheapest of frozen supermarket Macaroni Cheese. It doesn't taste like real cheese at all.

I'm a big fan of Charlie's work - but not this
I like macaroni cheese. A lot. But the additon of cauliflower makes it gritty and bitter. I have returned to Mr Bigham's more traditional macaroni cheese offering - which I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Cauliflower and Macaroni Cheese
This is a quick, easy and tasty meal. I found it really good. I don’t cook these days, I live alone, it is really pleasant to have a meal that is easily heated yet tastes as though it was made here.
