Where has this gadget been all my life? I have never been able to get my hair in a decent looking bun. When I did finally manage to get it up off my neck, the weight of it pulled and gave me a head ache and an hour later, half my hair had fallen out and was hanging in my face. These little things are miracle workers. They are about three inches long (not like the “minis” sold by the other company) so they go almost completely through the bun, to give great hold without sticking out and showing on the other side. And somehow, this keeps the weight off the hair roots, so I can wear these all day with no head ache. And they stay in all day! By the end of the day I do have a few wispies but the bun is intact until I take it down. And take down is easy. I have been using these on an almost daily basis for 6 weeks, and they have never tangled or pulled my hair when removed. My hair is below my collar bone and very thick. One package was not enough to hold all my hair; while it stayed up all day, the ends were sticking out after about half an hour. So, I ordered a second package, and problem solved.

Absolutely fantastic and easy to use. When the Pandemic began I stopped cutting my hair, so it's now quite long and tedious to deal with. These are great for securing the bun on top of my head without adding to my scalp tension/pain. Holds very securely, I sleep in mine and the hair basically doesn't move. The feel pretty sturdy, and I have had no issues working them in or out of my hair. Blends nicely into my hair as well, so I don't mind when a little of it is visible. I'll probably order more for other people in my life.

I've always liked these, they are the best, don't even need a mirror just brush and twist up your hair and twist these into it and your good to go, great value as well light and small and sturdy, good for my frail thin hair or my sisters thick hair and doesn't get caught just stays in place and comes out easy when you untwist it, id say if your not careful though you might break a hair or two by forcing them in but it's not hard to do it without forcing it haha

These are brilliant. It successfully retains thick, slippery Asian hair and does not hurt while putting in or taking out. Easy to use; just twist in and twist out.

You can’t see them (first photo is the little notch but you can twist it in more to hide it- and these seriously hold so well. No pulling or ripped out hair either. Ditch the silk scrunchies and use these for your messy Mom buns. You know the kind where you just twist it around your head a couple times. Two loops for the scrunchie is not enough unless you use bobby pins and three you can’t even get it over your hair at least for me. . I was using scrunchies and having to freaking fix the bun five times a day. If not more with all the running around, I do after the kids. I have super weird hair on wash day and like two days after my hair is curly and bouncy and full but after that, the curl turns into a loose wave and doesn’t feel as plump I don’t use any creams or anything, but I do use Argan oil, but that doesn’t matter it doesn’t make these slip out or anything it’s great. If you put your hand over your bun and then just twist these in it stays like in the exact form that you tried to make the bun into where the scrunchie changes the form a little bit. The only thing is I wish that there was four instead of three and that on the left side of my head I have to twist counterclockwise and pull out clockwise whereas it’s twist in clockwise and pull out counterclockwise on the right side.

I love these! I have long curly hair and usually put it up with a hair tie and I always get some hair tangled around it when I take my hair down. These spiral bobby pins work so well! They are so easy to put in and take out. They hold my hair perfectly for the 12 hours a day They are in and there is no tangling ever. Seriously one of the best hair products I have ever purchased!

I have extremely long thick heavy hair down to my butt, and I’ve always struggled with buns because of how much hair I have. I decided to try this and I’m so surprised how well and sturdy it is. Definitely took me some practice to get used to and to figure out how to wrap my hair but it works! I have to use 2 or all 3 but it feels secure and doesn’t tangle when I remove theme I’m so glad I gave these a try!

Wow. Just… wow. I can’t believe I’ve never seen these before now (and I’m 43). These little things are amazing. I have 3c type curly (wavy if you brush it, curly if you scrunch it) hair so getting it up into a bun is something of a challenge- particularly when it’s curls. (Just to give you an idea if I brush it out and there’s any humidity my husband says I look like a member of the lion King cast. So getting it up without looking like I have a crazy mane is really nice.) I have been using these for about 6 weeks and I’m beyond impressed. My hair is about 4 inches below the shoulder and somewhat thinning due to perimenopause. I started using these to try to protect my hair from further damage and breakage from rubber bands. Also, being in my 40s I feel a little bit silly with little-girl looking hair elastics in my hair. These are a great! They are for more stable to create a bun or an updo with and they look much more sophisticated. I have even been using them in my seven-year-old daughter’s hair to make a bun for school. She has straight hair that is thin and these are the only thing I’ve ever found that will keep a bun in all day long while plays soccer at recess and does PE. I can do a really pretty updo with these in just a minute or two and it looks great. I usually use about three of them at different angles. They screw in and screw out of your bun/updo without pulling or breaking your hair. I’ve also found their very convenient to throw a couple in my purse or my pocket because they’re so small and lightweight. I like the fact that they are colored brown so that they match my hair and I end up having a really polished look. I only wish I had found these years ago when I was a police officer and I had to have a gun all the time for work. They would’ve been such a lifesaver to keep it in place during a 10 or 12 hour shift, much more comfortably than a tight hairband pulling on your hair. I don’t even need to put an elastic in to keep my gun in place with these! These are what convinced me to become a kitsch customer- and I’ve been happy with all the products I have bought since then from them. Everyone of them has been quality from the solid shampoo and conditioner to the drainage trays to hold them to the air dry curl cream. Thanks for such a great brand!

These thigs are amazing! I have long hair and assumed they would never work and if they did work I would need to order more than 3! I also assumed that with long hair the coils would be impossible to remove. Well I was wrong on all counts. So easy to insert and come out without pulling on any hair. Three are plenty. They hold the hair in all day. Love them!

These pins are thick and sturdy come in 2 different sizes in the packet, better than expected, they are very sturdy and hold my thick hair in place with only 3 or 4 pins . Perhaps expensive for how many you get but I think they will last a really long time so worth it.
