I purchased this because I needed an SLS free tooth paste weigh potassium nitrate. It is that. The taste is just ok. I am not a fan of mint or cinnamon tho, so you might be more enthused. It has treated the sensitivity completely. You do have t adjust to the fact you are deliberately putting dirt in your mouth. That's exactly what it feels like, and when you spit it out, it is wet dirt in your sink. I can live with it for now at least. I paid $13 and change for it, and while pricey, 4oz is a lot.*** after using this longer, I upgraded this another star. The wet dirt feeling goes away. My mouth feels really clean after I brush with this- my teeth don't hurt- the taste grew on me- and best of all , no sore in my mouth from SLS! If you are hesitating, get it!

I have used all kinds of toothpastes for sensitive teeth. This one REALLY works. It also help keep gum disease in check. The taste could be a little better, but it's not bad. It might take some getting use to, because it is a powder and not flavored much. I've got my husband and 2 friends using it, after my rave reviews to them. I'll never go back to paste, again. I had my teeth cleaned today. The hygienist said I hardly have any tea/coffee stains. She is really impressed with the results she has seen since I started use this powder.

This tooth powder has a pleasant taste and contains the ingredient my dentist recommended to reduce my tooth sensitivity - potassium nitrate. It is also fluoride-free -a must for my consideration. So far, it hasn't made a difference in my sensitivity, but I'm hopeful that it will. The part I dislike the most is that it's a powder and not a paste. I have to remove small amounts of the powder to use over a day or 2 so the powder in the rest of the container does not get wet or contaminated. It's a bit of a hassle when you're used to the ease of squeezing paste from a tube. However, it is the only tooth product for sensitive teeth that I could find that does not have fluoride and a bunch of other chemicals. So it's worth it.

Tried many others, and keep coming back to simply sooney. It just works well! Excellent customer service, I can get the sensitive in any flavor they offer, all I have to do is send my order number. This tooth powder has truly made my life easier, and my dental visits a breeze. I have finally convinced my wife to try it, and get away from conventional toothpaste. This tooth powder has really improved the sensitivity of my teeth. & I appreciate that I can trust the all natural ingredients. It will take some getting used to if you've only ever used traditional toothpaste. But it's worth the switch.

Great product that whitens your teeth!Pros:1. It whiten my teeth noticeably within a week! Powder is more abrasive so it makes sense but may increase sensitivity for some. I have sensitive teeth and have always used sensitive toothpaste such as sensodyne but this didn't give me any problems.2. Last a very long time! I have been using one bottle for over a month and I'm 1/5 or 1/4 of the way through. I use it twice a day.3. Very cheap when you compared to other name brands when you consider how long it will last you.Cons:1. More abrasive material so might make your teeth more sensitive.

I have extraordinary sensitive teeth and I have been through the marked over and back over the years using tooth pastes that would supposedly "help". The only one I found to be marginally helpful was Sensodyne Pronamel. But still wasn't happy. I switched to Simply Sooneys Sensitive powder about a year ago, and with in a month, pretty much all the sensitivity in my teeth was gone for the first time in my life. Now, a year later, they still feel wonderful, AND they look healthier too! Shinier, more even color throughout and I couldn't be happier!

Flavor could be stronger, but overall I like how clean it makes my teeth feel. This powder does NOT make me feel like gagging, which is why I switched from toothpaste.
