Iron Man Apple - Sticker Decal MacBook, Air, Pro All Models, Hand.

Seller: Last InnovationFirst of all lets start with the shipping. Took 2 weeks to ship this decal from NY to California, I believe they used to pony express to ship this item.Then comes the disappointment.When I received the package, I was extremely confused. Usually these decals come with 3 layers. The bottom layer is the non-stick paper that the decal sits on, the middle layer is the decal itself and then there's the top layer that's the clear film. The way it's supposed to work is that you remove the non-sticky bottom layer and you line it up the decal and just place it on, the top clear layer is supposed to come right off. Easy as 1, 2 and 3.Instead you receive the bottom nonstick layer that has the decal stuck on it and a separate clear film (that's semi sticky) by itself. The seller expects you to remove the decay and somehow place it on the clear film, but it doesn't work. You end up with the decal stuck all over your finger and trying to transfer it straight on to the laptop. What makes it worse is that this sticker has a ton of detail and it tends to stick to each other while you are trying to line it up. I ended up with a crooked iron man because I was trying so hard to line up the apple with the hole while trying to avoid the sticker sticking on itself.Overall it was just a bad experience. Slow shipping, horrible product. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.Update: My initial review was 1 star but now I have changed to 3 stars. The seller has contacted me after I filled a claim with amazon and has offered to send me a replacement decal. The replacement decal came super fast this time, I received the item within 2 days. The problem described above still persists but this time I was able to put on the sticker better because I knew what to expect.

It looks good and is easy to install but has to major flaws. 1. I showed up in an envelope with no directions. I have done these before so it wasn't a big deal but if you have never installed one of these you might be frustrated. 2. A bigger deal is that it is incredibly difficult to get the hand to line up with the apple logo. You can't see through the sheet, thus after I installed it and removed the sheet I noticed the "apple bite" creeped into the hand ruining the effect. It's going to drive me nuts.

I did read the reviews before going for this product, but underestimated the difficulty in setting it up.To be short and straight to the point:1. The decal quality is Okay.2. Instructions provided were Okay.3. Application method is very difficult. (Performed on 13" Macbook Pro) This should come with some sort of reference lines on the transfer sheet. Even after scrapping for considerable amount of time (as instructed). The decal didn't come off easily on first step (transfer). But it didn't stick well on the Macbook.

I was really diasppointed in this sticker. It was very fragmented as far as the parts of the image goes, so that for example ironman's fingers fell off or ripped away from the main body even after methodical and proper applicaion. I really wanted to like this sticker because it looks cool on the photo online, but actually on my computer it looks cheap and silly. I'll give them credit for a cool idea, but the execution is lackig

The installation maybe isn't the most easy, but it looks great. It aligns perfectly with the apple logo, the only thing you need to do to align it perfect, it's apply it WHILE THE LAPTOP IS ON! and the brightness at maximum. That way, you can see the logo through the decal and align it before stick it completely!After that, you'll only need move the bubbles to the nearest edge with a credit card.Hope that help somebody.(Sorry my english).

I got this for my Sons 15" MacBook as he loves the Marvel universe and Iron man. The sticker is deceivingly small and I would suggest that the listed photo is on an 11" air. I might post a picture tomorrow. I am good at this type of thing but it is next to impossible to get the apple dead on, a clear backing would help. Again if you zoom in on the listed image you can see the Apple. Once it's down its down there isnt any room to move it as it sticks really well. I might get another one and use tape to make reference marks and see if that helps

Easiest application process of any Apple accessory I've ever used. I don't ever care enough to leave reviews, but this should have 5 stars because if you like the concept of this product it will exceed your expectations. Product ends up 100% as advertised. Just peel off the back, carefully position the clear sheet with the black decal over the Apple logo using the edges of your laptop as a guide, use a credit card to aid in the application process to prevent any bubbles from forming, then the best part... Peel off the clear sheet and admire the finished product!

Had a similar decal for my older MacBook (mid -2010) model and when I got this MacBook Pro (A1278), I really wanted to continue the tradition and this decal worked absolutely perfectly!!!!! Gets so much attention !!!!
