I gave a set of these to my boyfriend who works out all the time. He thinks they are great for getting a good grip on the weights and bars. They also don't stink like his old gloves used to. I think the Gripitz are great because the calluses on his hands aren't so ruff any longer. They were a good find for both of us.

More comfortable than gloves
I have a close-grip lat pulldown attachment that I wanted to work into my routine, but the handles are rough/knurled and a bit rusted. I was looking for thin gloves and found these grip pads. I wrap them over the handles and they make the bar very comfortable. I've use gloves in the past but have never been a big fan. These grip pads are great.
