I have to open up the door, take the needlenose pliers and pull out the pod, put in an official Nespresso pod, and then it will work again. Kind of a hassle. I see that the company recently reformulated their coffees and redesigned their package, so perhaps that's the reason. I'm particularly fond of the Brazil Lungo Forte, but they're all good.
