* Update * - Please research about wormwood before you take it/take it for long periods. Wormwood has a chance to cause damage to the kidneys and liver. Some safer options would be: Oil of Oregano, Black Cumin Seed Oil, Milk Thistle and Dandelion Root. Make sure to research the dosage of each and how long you can safely take them. You can damage yourself with any supplement if high dosed and used for extended periods though. This wormwood is quality but I personally have stopped taking it. Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Heavy Metal Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy. I took these pills and I didn't really taste anything and that was good for me I liked it the price didn't change how I feel didn't make me feel bad I liked it how many I received I'm not sure about the potency the pill is easy to take easy to swallow
