I always seem to fall on my tail bone when skating and the last fall had me extremely sore for weeks! Decided to order these and I’ll probably try another brand soon.This is spandex with pockets of removable foam. Unfortunately the foam adds quite a bit of insulation of body heat, so expect to sweat a lot with these on in the summer!
