Keenstone made a good toaster that also looks good. Maybe a little pricey but I think the slots are right and I tried a couple different kinds of bread that came out perfect. I went for the look first and then found a solid product.

This toaster seems to be solid so far. Toasts evenly. The setting dial clicks between settings, and has a reheat setting, which is nice. And this toaster has a panel on the bottom you can open to remove any crumbs in the toaster. The last toaster I had did not have this feature and it was the shaking of the toaster trying to get the crumbs out that ended up killing it. So far very satisfied with this one.

The positive: looks really cute, toast comes up very high, which is nice for small pieces. Also, very easily puts toast down. The negative: it takes a long time to toast. Like way longer than I thought. I can fry my egg before the toast is brown enough. Overall, I like it you just have to be patient

When my husband's father was living with us, I actually bought this for him since he enjoyed toast. Now my husband and I use it all the time for grilled cheese, toast, BLT's etc... it's nice to have toasty bread lol. It's cute, retro, vibrant and perfect for what we need it. It cooks quickly and we've had zero issues with it. It's coming up on a year!

I love the color of this toaster - in almond color. Matches my tile in the kitchen perfectly. Cooks perfectly, looks great, and is easy to store. Perfect for any dorm as it has a great look!

July 29, 2025: After suffering for years with a toaster that either simply warmed the bread or turned it into charcoal, we broke down and bought the Keystone 2 slice toaster. Wow. Each setting toasts toast just as advertised! Consistently! One little knob to select your toasting doneness. It's so easy to use and looks great on the counter. So far, we are delighted at it's perfect toasting morning after morning. Update July 31, 2025: Reducing the rating from 5 to 4 stars: During toasting process, the top and body sides of the all metal toaster are significantly hot and can burn if touched. After toasting, the all metal body and chrome top of the toaster remain very hot for a while. Be careful. Still, the toasting quality is consistent and matches the toasting chart.

What should other customers know? We use this toaster almost every day and it works perfectly. It does not burn the bread , toasting is even and consistent every time. The browning control is accurate, so it’s easy to get the exact level you want. The wide slots fit regular bread, thick slices, and bagels very well. The quality feels solid and durable, not flimsy. It heats up fast, is easy to clean, and looks great on the counter with its retro design. Very satisfied with both performance and quality.
