I have tried at least 10 trackers under $30 and this is by far my favorite. It gives you a breakdown of time spent in both deep and light sleep. It even tracks your fatigue level, I don’t know how accurate it is. The app is super easy to use and the band stays out, when with activity and sleeping. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not easy to charge. The battery stand by is 2 days, not 5 days *by N***O on June 30, 2018* I have this device for 3 weeks now. I bought it especially to keep track of my sleep and my step. Taking my blood pressure and heart rate is a plus. My big concern is the battery. They say that it can stand by for 5 days. That is not true at all. I have been charging it almost every other day.
