Been using for months meant to review, only problem is mine has always smelled like disgusting cat food and has a bit of that taste on the capsule too and then i burp later and it's gross a bit lol but really has helped my health, this and other life extensions products have saved me from continuing to suffer from nerve pain/damage and oxidative stress. So far I really like. I like that the bottle has 90 capsules and you only need 1 each day so the bottle lasts a while. I haven't really noticed any major changes but I have noticed my hair isn't shedding quite as much. Hoping it will continue, I've only been taking for about a few weeks now.
