740 Longlife

great table ,very heavy, takes 2 people. follow instructions , do not over tighten nuts and screws where instructed !!!! when you put the side rails on measure the distance between the the rails where the tops drop in. . I just bolted mine on and they were too wide. all i had to do was loosen the 4 bolts on each rail , push the top of the rail inward and tighten the bolts. that toed the rails inward and the tops slipped right in . I bought this over the cornilleau 700x because i don't need paddle holders , ball holders , cup holders and score keepers. on the cornilleau website the 700x is listed with a 8mm top and the 740 long life is listed with a 9mm top , not a big difference but for me the thicker top was more important than the cup holders , ball holders, paddle holders and scorer keepers. the long life was also cheaper. since i bought the long life the price went up $150.00 and the 700x went up $350. I like the all steel legs on the long life better than the steel and plastic legs on the 700x. for me the 740 long life looks cleaner, has a thicker top, more steel , less plastic. I also like the straight legs on the long life over the angled legs on the 700x .The 740 long life also has a brace between the legs on each end and the 700x does not. The 700x is supposed to roll easier on ruff surfaces but that wasn't a big deal for me.
