Was looking for a rack for baking chicken and other stuff in the over without having the drippings make the food soggy. These racks fit the need perfectly. They fit most baking sheets are dishwasher safe and easy to clean.I use these a lot when cooking oven fried chicken, meatloaf, or roasting a whole spatchcocked chicken. Makes it super easy to get the drippings and avoid the bottom getting burned, found food cooks a little more evenly as well.Nice racks, that have been super useful, every kitchen needs this product in my opinion.

Works great in the oven for baking and can be used as a cooling rack. Well made. Very pleased.

Thick metal. Not the flimsy kind you buy at the dollar store. Not too big.

They work amazingly well, are sturdy and easy to clean. As stated, this is my second order for this as I liked the first one I received so much.

After trying multiple methods to cook bacon, baking preferred, I decided to try using a rack to provide separation between the dripping fat and the bacon. I use a thick foil lined baking sheet and place the rack on top, set the oven for 400, lay out the bacon. For this size of rack, I found that a 12 ounce pack of bacon will fill it up. Cook for 20-30 minutes depending upon your level of crunch and enjoy. Clean up was a breeze, fold the foil after the fat hardens and throw away. Wash the rack with a non steel brush with soap, easy. the end result is easy to cook low mess, simple clean up bacon galore.

We are using these racks a lot and not just for baking. They make good stands to cool off pots without burning the counter and providing additional air underneath. They are great for grilling or backing when you need to allow juices and overflows off the food. The metal is thin and I think that over time they will get hard to clean in the wire corners which come together. The metal standoffs on the bottom are the same metal wire and they could scratch the counter, or stove top, or non-stick pans though. I cut up a silicone hot pad in strips to use to protect everything. They are easy to clean and protect everything. A bit of an extra hassle. But we like these cooling racks.

They fit perfectly into standard sheet pans. I find invaluable for making rusks, dehydrating just about anything, and they are great for making bacon in the oven.

Not 100% Right Angle Square & Bowed UP in middle. Are a made in china. I'm having trouble making 2 of them fit inside the measurements for a Advance Tabco 18-8A-26 Full size 18"x26" (46cm x 66cm) size sheet pan.Would NOT recommend if wanting to fit inside baking sheets or pans.
