If I’m on my phone within an hour before I go to bed, I sleep great and get a good night of sleep! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Can’t recommend *by A***D on July 22, 2021* I assume this shield blocks blue light (but I haven’t measured it) and that’s the only reason I would give it 3 stars. The shield was a little difficult to apply (it was not lined up in the application guards evenly) but I was able to remove it and reapply without any major problems. Unfortunately, there is still screen showing through on the edges and it has broken only after a couple months- once in the top corner, a (pretty sizable) piece chipped off and there’s a crack through the middle of the screen. Although those are likely attributed to me, I do wish it was a bit stronger. What I like the least of this shield is the constant purple glare my phone now gives off constantly.
