Super easy to clean with the chain they include. My only complaint is that it doesn't extend past the burners (raised surface electric) so you need to be careful because the handles will be hot. Works well in the oven too. I recommend this product.

Place a little cooking oil on to it bring back the luster and you're good to go!

**Q: has anyone used this on a glass top stove? I would really like to order this, but not if it is unusable on my stove top.**
A: It will scratch a glass top if you're not extremely careful. I make sure it doesn't move. Otherwise it works great. Just use caution not to let it slide around on glass cooktop.

**Q: Will the flat side sit on a glass stove top or does it have a lip taller than the flat? Would like to use it on my glass top stove. Can I?**
A: It has a lip on both sides, not sure if you could get it hot with a glass top stove.

**Q: What’s the costing material?**
A: Molybdenim...that’s a costing material!  But this is made of iron....read the description!

A great pan for pancakes and french toast. Grill up those steaks, burgers and veggies on the other side. Super easy to clean with the chain they include. We use it daily. We heat tortillas almost every day. We like using a little bit of olive oil then placing the tortilla on top to heat them. We apply olive oil on both sides. It works great. We also make quesadillas by placing the tortilla with olive oil then putting some cheese on top and letting it melt. We sometimes do pancakes, cook sausage or meet, always with a little olive oil to prevén getting sticky and better flavor. We also use to reheat almost anything that it’s not liquid. It’s better to re-heat food on stove than microwave because microwave kills good nutrients (look at research) I am very pleased with this purchase.
