I've been dealing with golfer's elbow, and this wrap has been a lifesaver after long days on the course. It stays in place, provides great compression, and the cold therapy lasts long enough to help reduce pain and soreness. It's comfortable, easy to use, and has become part of my recovery routine. I’ve used Freeze Sleeves for the last few years, but I decided to try these after my sleeves finally crapped out. I love these! Less expensive, easier to slide on & off, & I love these fact that you can use them eirher cold OR warm. Very pleased so far!

I got the small size for my dual condition of golf/tennis elbow for which this icy sleeve works great. It his both areas and doesn't restrict movement; I can use the computer or whatever while using it unlike a more common pack where you can't move around or perform normal activities while icing. It's very comfortable. Just place in the freezer in its provided freezer bag for a few hours and let warm maybe five minutes so it doesn't freeze your arm off. It obviously doesn't have to be worn as a sleeve; it can be used like a regular ice pack in other areas as well. One downside is that because it's thin, as worn as a sleeve, it doesn't stay cold for as long as I might otherwise like it to. Another downside, is that, as a sleeve, it covers areas you don't necessarily want to cover (e.g., like your bicep and forearm if you're icing tennis elbow), but it can be folded back to encircle a limited area, which has the additional benefit off being twice as thick and, I suppose, will stay cold a little longer. Another small niggle is that the lettering peals off after several uses. I should take a photo of that. It looks kinda cool that way, IMO.

Comfortable sleeve that’s easy to pull on. Gets sufficiently cold but I’m docking it a star since it doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like. Thicker gel packs stay cold longer than this but this product is thin so you can pull it over your arm and still move comfortably, so that’s the trade-off. I’m careful about how I pull this on because I’m worried about the seam coming undone as some others have shown in their reviews. I hope that as long as I’m careful with it, it will last a while.

I gave myself pickleball elbow so I've been using this 2 hours a day twice a day to try and calm down swelling as well as my tennis elbow brace in between. So far it's been the right combination to try and heal this quickly. It's comfortable but I definitely suggest a small/ medium for any females.. The only thing to note is after using it a few times it does tend to stretch out so size down.

Works great,only last about 10 minutes. Fits great, and stays on your arm. I would recommend it.

This doesn’t hold its cold that long but it is effective for the short time it stays cool.

I have tendinitis in both elbows. So I bought 2 of these. They stay cool for about a half hr. It would be nice to have it last longer. I keep mine in the freezer and make sure I wear a sleeve before putting it on. Otherwise it's too cold for me. It does help with the pain and it's very soft and flexible. I bought the s/m i believe. Since I have skinny arms. When I wear it I can't do any other activities because it won't stay in place. It would be nice for an Xtra small size. It would be nice to use it when i do activities. But it works for now.
