A Game Changer for Golfer's Elbow
I've been dealing with golfer's elbow, and this wrap has been a lifesaver after long days on the course. It stays in place, provides great compression, and the cold therapy lasts long enough to help reduce pain and soreness. It's comfortable, easy to use, and has become part of my recovery routine. Highly recommend!

Does what its supposed to do
I gave myself pickleball elbow so I've been using this 2 hours a day twice a day to try and calm down swelling as well as my tennis elbow brace in between. So far it's been the right combination to try and heal this quickly. It's comfortable but I definitely suggest a small/ medium for any females.. The only thing to note is after using it a few times it does tend to stretch out so size down.

Great for tennis elbow care
Great product for tennis elbow, very soft and easy to use. Two issues I have is 1) it doesnt retain the coldness for too long 2) I have had it for 8 days and the logo is already worn off...has nothing to do with the use of the product but makes me question the quality.

Great sleeve to ice arm!
Great gel sleeve ! Very comfortable sleeve that gets good and cold in the freezer after two hours. Works great for tennis, elbow or golfers elbow.

Does exactly what it says it will do
I have double crush tendonitis and ulnar nerve compression and this is perfect to soothe the inflammation. Gets cold, holds tight, fits great.

Quality product with a firm fit.
Very convenient to use and fits snuggly. I still read it five stars, but I wish it would stay cold longer on the other side of that. It freezes pretty quick.

It's worth the money
I have tendinitis in both elbows. So I bought 2 of these. They stay cool for about a half hr. It would be nice to have it last longer. I keep mine in the freezer and make sure I wear a sleeve before putting it on. Otherwise it's too cold for me. It does help with the pain and it's very soft and flexible. I bought the s/m i believe. Since I have skinny arms. When I wear it I can't do any other activities because it won't stay in place. It would be nice for an Xtra small size. It would be nice to use it when i do activities. But it works for now.
