My routine is that I start by flossing with heavyweight, thick dental floss.Then I brush with Tea Tree Therapy Natural Whitening Toothpaste. The taste is not THE greatest, takes a bit of getting used to, not a big deal because: it really CLEANS and teeth and the gums leaving the teeth and gums FEELING clean and smooth. It's a very distinct feeling of cleanliness, far superior than any other toothpaste I have used.You then notice that this toothpaste has an excellent whitening / brightening affect. You teeth look great.Then I follow with my next step in my routine which is to gargle in hydrogen peroxide, which bubbles nicely in the mouth, killing any impurities remaining.The end result is that your mouth is clean, free of debris and bright. This toothpaste is the brightest I have seen my teeth from a toothpaste. Such a great product.

Tea Tree Therapy does not contain foaming agents, so it is not 1:1 comparable to an over the counter product by a major company. It takes a little more patience and effort to get used to it, but it's worth the effort.Every other brushing I apply a line of it to my brush, then dip it into some baking sofa. The experience of brushing with the fresh taste Tea Tree oil mixed with the grit of sodium bicarbonate leaves one's mouth so fresh and alive.

I bought one bottle, loved it, freaked out, then bought a lot of bottles at once. I hand them out to my family, because fluoride is killing us all and Alex Jones is right...Okay, actually this is my favorite toothpaste. The whitening does work and my teeth are very smooth because of it. 10/10

I have been using this for years. My teeth are white, my gums are healthy. Tastes good and is so much better for your teeth and your whole body then the "normal" toothpaste. I made the switch using this brand and have been using it for years.

I've been using this tooth paste for years and like it very much. I don't like sweet tasting pastes or overly minty and this was at a very good price.

Taste is interesting. I'm sure the toothpaste is doing its job though.
