KnockOut Abs Anti stress speed punching bag with sit up bench for an intense ab workout

I like this but it's not comfortable enough to use for long. The cushion starts to hurt my tailbone and I recommend using a towel to sit on. It's not too sturdy and the only way it will work is if I put my feet under the couch. I like the concept but haven't gotten much use from it.

This product isn’t worth the price imo, more like $20 product due to just one ab exercise. I thought I would be able to due sit-ups can’t even due that it’s just one position while you hit the bag

I loved this piece of equipment- so much so that I recently finished my speed bags usable life. It now doesn’t bounce back as it once did. I would highly recommend this product, but realize it’s usable life is two months and there are no replacement bags. I went from 5 star s to one star because there is no way to replace the bag without buying a whole new unit. Seller please help me!

Been using the KnockOut Abs Extreme MMA for a while and love it. I get definitely get bored doing ab exercises and this really helps keep my workout interesting and gives my abs a great burn every time. Will definitely be telling others about this product!!
