I have a jabra 9465 that is several years old. Recently I had it on it’s charging cradle for a couple of months, which i suspect hastened it’s aging, and last week that original battery would sometimes abruptly go dead. after an hour or two. Jabra was out of stock on its replacement battery. Purchased this battery, shipped quickly by amazon, and installed it. Instructions were a little confusing… I had to slide out the cushion retainer ring but otherwise not difficult. Tool provided worked fine. Battery was very slightly larger than original but was able to snap into cavity with just a minor push. Plug was identical and wires not pinched. Battery spec was same as original. Charged up quickly. Seems to be working perfectly. Haven’t had it long enough to confirm performance but working on assumption that spec is accurate should be good. I’m pleased with this and can recommend. edit: 9 months later and this seems to be working as well as the original battery. holds a charge well. recommended edit: still working well after 26 months

I Bought a Jabra Pro 9465 Duo on Feb 21, 2020 from Amazon. The battery used to last an entire workday. 8 hours, easily. Recently, it dies after 5 hours on the phone. I just installed the new battery, and I will report back with my experience. One interesting thing to note is that the original battery is dated 14SEP17, even though I bought the headset in FEB2020. There is no date stamp on this new battery.

Just installed it this morning, my headset would only last a couple hours, it lasted almost the whole day of use, mostly watching some shows while i worked. The tool was not shipped with it though, i have a tool set for small electronic stuff, and it had the write Torx bit, so i was fine, but in case you dont, just know it may not come.

No issues, works great; read the instructions first so you open the battery compartment without breaking anything, then it’s easy to install, close things up and move on. My Jabra device is working perfectly now.

Battery worked good at first, giving me about 8 hours of use. It slowly declined, and 2 years later it now dies after just 2 hours. I use it on average 3-4hrs per day M-F. This can work for you but come in with the right expectations about how long the battery life will hold. My original Jabra battery lasted more than 5 years and was 345mA. This one is only 295mA.

Go for a brand name battery unless you like buying the same thing over and over again. I am on calls 7-9 hours a day and the 9450 is spec'd to last 7 hours with wideband and 10 hours with narrowband audio. I purchased this battery August 2022. March 2023, I am only getting 3-3.5 hours of use with narrowband audio setting. Also note, the "stock" battery from Jabra is 315mah - this battery is 295mah. While it does work though slightly smaller in capacity, it was lasting my full 8-9 hour day initially. The overall longevity of the battery is horrible compared to other higher quality batteries. I will not purchase again.

I have been using the original battery daily since early in 2020. Battery life began to suffer so I sought a replacement. This battery came with clear instructions, was easy to swap, and I’ve been enjoying longer battery life. So it works as intended. Highly recommended.
