Down to Earth Potassium Sulfate is a great fertilizer for all kinds of fruiting plants. We grow blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries, all of which need acidic soil to take up nutrients like potassium. Potassium is required to make the fruit sweeter and larger, so this product is an ideal combination to help acidify soil and provide potassium for berris! In addition, this potassium sulfate is micronized and easily water soluble for faster results Great product and highly recommended!

Growing tomatoes in 10-gallon grow bags. Used 6 tablespoons dissolved in a gallon of water, poured half a gallon per grow bag. It's not completely water-soluble but it does homogenize nicely. My tomatoes went from producing 1 or 2 fruits here and there to producing clusters of fruits. Glad I found this stuff.

I like using organic fertilizer but have found a local store that sells it and it’s cheaper. Like most organic fertilizers it takes time for the soil microbes to break it down, so it should be added weeks before planting.

Potassium sulfate (the better choice over chloride) is supposed to help older fruit trees put out more blooms, thus more fruit. This product spreads easily along the drip line. Its success will be known if my older mango tree produces more blooms & fruit next year.
