Frame Mount Housing Case Compatible with GoPro Hero 4, 3+, 3 Cameras with Protective Lens Cover

Better than factory

I needed another simple frame to go along with a backup camera I got recently. My first Hero 3 has an original GoPro "The Frame" V1, and I have used the V2 of The Frame as well.This version by Wealpe is totally fine compared to the actual GoPro version - I like the generous opening for the USB, MicroSD and HDMI, as I may not need to remove the camera from the mount as frequently now (you have access to the battery cover and MicroSD while in the frame).The openings for the record button and WiFi button are just open holes, which I'm not sure if it is any better or worse than the GoPro version which has a rubber cover (it's not like the camera or any of these frame style mounts are waterproof, so it shouldn't matter?)The plastic of the Wealpe version is a bit stiff, but since I don't think I'll be taking the camera in and out of the mount as frequently, it probably isn't an issue.The inclusion of a lens cap is a nice bonus and will protect the camera rattling around in my bag.Seems to be an overall good value for the price.

Well it works. My gopro came with the gopro branded Waterproof case and mounts. I got this bc I needed a mount case that left open access to the ports as I am using my gopro as a webcam. This is definitely much flimsier and more cheaply made than the gopro case, but for the price, it has help up well after more than a month of heavy use. I actually swapped out the bottom mountain piece for the one that came with the gopro Waterproof case as it seemed to be higher quality.Overall, I'm satisfies with the product.

I got this to supplement my all weather case for my Hero 3 Its size and light weight make it great for my use as a dashcam. This is much more compact and easy to use. All of the buttons/sockets are exposed. it holds the camera tight so I have seen little to no vibration when filming. If you have an application where you do not need to protect your camera from the elements, this would be an excellent choice. The additional lens cap is a great touch too, but I now need to remember to take it off! (But that's on me)

Awesome for price

Product is sturdy and construction seems good plan on using it for mountain biking won't have a chance to use it for awhile but holds camera tight and seems to be same quality as go pro products
