I like the old one
I like it fine but the start on high and a little lower next then strobe, the old one I had started low med high no strobe, it worked so much better and didn't blind you if you're in a stand and need a low light.

Poor quality. Buy the Olight i3E instead.
I bought a few of these out of curiosity. It seems that these were a precursor to Olight’s popular i3E keychain lights. However when I received the ITP products, I found they were of very poor quality and not worth the price. Not recommended.

A cheaper, durable but less bright EDC AAA light
I am now dependent on my Fenix LD01 Fenix LD01R2, 3 Level High Performance CREE LED Flashlight for everyday use that I would be lost without any EDC light of this capability. I purchased the olight as a backup. I currently use it at home whereas the LD01 I travel with in pocket. This review compares the 2 lights, Fenix LD01 and the olight i3.ProsThe i3 is smaller, lighter and far more compact compared to the LD01Both made with similar high quality aluminum bodiesBoth are waterproof and confirmed by immersion in a glass of waterBoth are twist on/off lights3 light settings, like the LD01Screwed on pocket clip is more secure, whereas the Fenix is snapped onThey both use Cree XP-G LEDsi3 has slightly less power consumption per light settingConsThe 2 brighter settings are at least, half as bright as the Fenix and confirmed with a lux meter, which goes with its power consumptionunder certain conditions, the PWM flicker can be seenqualitatively at about the same lux, non-PWM Fenix light seems more even compared to the olightComments:The beam spread is very similar, but the LD01 has an edge because being brighter, it throws light farther than 25' for such a small light. The LD01 lighting sequence suggests to me the engineers were really thinking ergonomically: it begins with the 2nd brightest setting, then dim, then brightest. This is precisely how I use the light, the 2nd setting I use when working in the dark, the brightest I use during the daytime, or in shadowed areas. The dimmest setting I use for ambient light in dark surroundings. Ambient lighting is best as low power as possible to get the maximum burn time, preferably 12+ hours, the length of evening in winter, for emergency purposes. The i3 settings begin logically: low, med, high, but I always look for med when working in the dark, far more than low or high. The low setting is brighter than the low setting of the LD01 and uses up more power, and its high setting is closer to the medium setting of the LD01. Theoretically, the low beam i3 will last 12 hours on a NiMH 800mAH, whereas the LD01 will go 22 hours [measured by me].Conclusion:The i3 is an economy version of the LD01, and a class on its own. For $15 more, you can get twice the lux output. For half the brighter lux output however, you get an even smaller, more compact light, not to say the LD01 is small to begin with.

Bright, easy on and off. Color does not match picture
The flashlight itself was bright and worked well. The few issues I had were that color did not come close to matching what was shown in the product description. I really wanted the darker red and what I got was a very bright red. The other issue was that clip was extremely loose and was lost immediately. I returned it for these reasons.

Disappointed.
VERY BRIGHT to BLINDING, but: 1- I don't like having to loosen the head to turn off light, this allows it to tighten in your pocket and accidentally turn on (already happened), or 2- loosen in your pocket and come apart (not yet), 3- the key ring binds and does not allow the light to fold up nicely against your keys. 4- bigger than the maglight solitaire.(Removed "Not as described: only one power setting", you have to on/off/on quickly to change power settings, starts out in low setting ,VERY BRIGHT, and gets to BLINDING.)
