Our whole family loves these noodles. They come as 6 packs of 5, which lasts a while in our house and is a good value. The flavor is far better than basic ramen and they cook quickly, so they are an easy go-to meal or snack. This flavor is the one we always come back to. A helpful tip: the red sauce packet has more heat than you might expect. Start with a small amount and adjust to your preferred spice level. Once you dial it in, these turn out great every time.

But you could make that discovery easily through these noodles, which are definitely a cut above the usual cheap stuff you find for a dime a package in grocery stores. Given that this stuff costs over sixty cents a package, that's probably not surprising. For ramen, that's a gourmet price! These noodles are made a little differently than usual ramen, where you just boil the noodles then dump the packet in. That produces a more soupy style of ramen, but these are more of a thick noodle dish. With these, you boil the noodles for three minutes in 400 ml (12 oz) of water. In the meanwhile, you open the flavor packets and mix them together in a plate or bowl. Unlike most ramen where you just get one or two, with these you get FIVE SEPARATE PACKETS for spices, fried onions, oil, sweet soy sauce, and hot chili sauce. When the noodles are done, you drain off as much of the water as you can, then dump the noodles into the bowl, stir until the noodles are well coated with the flavor paste, and enjoy. People with soy sensitivities will want to leave out the soy sauce; none of the other ingredients seem to include any soy so I would expect you to be safe otherwise. People who aren't fond of spicy food might want to leave out part or all of the chili sauce. It's not TOO hot, but after having a couple of packets of it I definitely felt it the next day, if you know what I mean. The noodles themselves are good, firm, and al dente if you cook them the right length. The flavor mix is piquant and savory. I'll bet it would be even better mixed with other ingredients--some sauteed vegetables, or maybe a small can of chili for variety. Or, of course, you could follow the suggestion on the package and top it with a fried egg. I've never tried that myself, but I'll bet it would be good. It does seem like thirty is a pretty big number to get at once, but trust me: once you've tried them, those thirty noodle packets will be gone before you know it. It beats the hell out of those thinly flavored soup mix packets college students eat.

Delicious, easy to make, and great value, practically 1$ per pack. Add a bit of sédeme seeds and peanut butter when making the sauce, out of this world. I have to stop myself from eating one every time I crave them.

a good ramen, a decent price

These noodles are my favorite. As many reviews have stated the flavor is unmatched, the noodle consistency is amazing, and it's paired best with a fried egg on top. I also like to add furikake, sesame oil, and chili oil. That being said I am mostly writing my review to inform you all that the seasoning oil included is not moldy or gone bad... The brown/black bits inside of it are seasoning and the oil used is palm oil, which similar to coconut oil, has a very high solidification temp - meaning it will begin to solidify even at room temps. What you're seeing is all the lovely solidified fats from the oil! All you need to do is warm it up. I do this either by holding the packet under warm water from the sink, or, I use the boiling water from the pot I'm about to make my noodles in - I just hold the packet in the boiling water for a few seconds. It all loosens up and liquifies, making it easy to pour out once open. The best way I have found to prepare it is to add all the sauce and seasoning to a bowl, then cook the noodles, splash a little bit of hot water from the pot into the bowl and mix, then drain the water from the noodles and add the noodles to the bowl. Stir well to coat. Top with a fried egg, etc. (If you cook the noodles and the egg at the same time they usually are done around the same time too.) Enjoy!!

A worker if mine gave me a package of these noodles. They were SO GOOD!! What makes it so good? The flavor packets. If you like sautéed onions, the onion oil packet is the best!! I'd like to have a bottle of that, on its own!!

Ne correspond pas à la description 30 sachet de 80g au lieu de 85g pour plus cher que 40 sachet de 80g (moins cher que les 30. J'ai goûté les 2 les nouilles sont tres bonne. Dommage que la commande soit une loterie !!!!
