Absolutely amazing insoles!!!! My plantar fasciitis is almost gone. ❤️ use these along with a foot stretcher.

These are very well made and less than $10 per pair. I use them to supplement the support in off-brand shoes and winter slippers. They can be hand-washed and will last a long time before showing wear. Remember to remove them before putting your shoes in the washer. (FYI: If your sneakers get wet while you are on vacation, and your spouse decides to dry them with a hair dryer, be sure the insoles are removed first. If not, they will be ruined. Trust me.)

Good foot support, wore them in my second-hand Dr. Marten boots from Poshmark, and they felt great all day, no pain or leg fatigue at all! (Sometimes, second-hand shoes are broken in for someone else's feet. They fit easily in the shoe; the width was not too wide—some inserts curl up at the edges. I am a ladies' size 8, and the length reached almost to the tip of my shoe. Which is great for me because I'd rather a full insert than one that stops before the toe. You can cut them to fit, but I am not sure they are big enough for a large men's shoe size. Great product for the price compared to Dr. Scholl's (which I have too), but a little thinner, and the arch height is a tiny bit smaller. Not sure about durability since I just got them, but I ordered 2 more (for another pair of Docs and sneakers). Also nice that they were covered by my HSA.

I have been dealing with pain at the bottom of my foot (plantar fasciitis) for a few weeks and like most people, I ordered orthotics from Dr. Scholl (two different kinds) but I noticed that they made my shoes tight and uncomfortable, probably because my shoes don't have removable insoles. I came across this brand and given their low price, I ordered them and they seem to be doing the job. They are comfortable to use and provide a nice cushion.

These might have worked and were extra cushioned which is what I was looking for but my feet slipped on them. Most people said the insoles slid in their shoes but my they’re really slippery on top so my feet slid too much. I didn’t feel stable wearing them. I liked the length as well so I could wear them with multiple shoes. But I returned them.

I believe these to be the best arch/heel support out there. I have tried so many and I chose these. I have a set in all my shoes. They are thin enough to not make your shoes tight and sturdy enough to support you arch for a 9-hour standing shift. Mine last about 6 months at 36 hours a week straight standing and walking and 3 pairs of shoes alternating. I write the date on the inserts when I put them in so in 6 months I change them. The price on them is great. They seem to have good cushioning when walking, keeps my arch at a good height and they stick in place really good to. I love these and I am so glad you can get them FSA.

Can’t say enough about these inserts for my aching feet. For the past couple months, I’ve had significant pain in my left heel, most likely Plantar Fasciitis. I normally do 4 mile walks every afternoon and today was the day where I got the test I’m out and what a difference these made. I would say that these have reduced the pain by 95% - and that’s a big improvement. Normally when I start out my walk, I hit an incline and that’s where it starts - and this time it was non-nonexistent And to set the record straight on some of the reviews here. These are not slipping if you install them on TOP of your existing inserts. And for the people who are complaining these run too small, these are not intended to be complete sole/insert replacements. These are additive - meaning that you put them on top of your existing sole and it’s only intended purpose is to support the heel in the arch of your foot - and tapers down into a very smooth transition. I am size 13 for reference.

This came as a recommendation from my brother. Who swore by these. My husband works in construction place with all hard floors. His feet are hurting by the end of the week. We tried new wide shoes & different insoles. We got these he put them in his work boots. He says he can feel a good difference. The third day & no complaining about foot pain. His only complaint is that the insoles don’t go down to the toes. He did mention that he’s not used to having a high arch support either & that’s nice.

Fits well but does not support well. I need another silicon insole to support which defeats the purpose of this. Guess it does not fit all shoes.

I didn't trust them, and I looked at the comments now I can say that it's true sciatic nerve with flat feet in less than a week I have noticed the difference!
