I was on the edge of going for surgery after steroid shots were ineffective. I saw a number of Youtube DIY methods and decided to give Tumeric curcumin a try for it's supposed anti inflammatory benefits . Well, to my surprise, I noticed a difference after four days of taking them. I take two a day, one each morning and evening. My finger is still a bit stiff, but no longer locks and is relieved enough that I'm not even considering surgery anymore. I don't even think about it most of the time. I told my wife about the results and she started taking them with positive results as well. She suffers from lower back pain from a bulging disc for which she did get a steroid shot into her back. The shot did eliminate the pain, but her back has continued to be stiff and achy, .... she reports that these pills make her less stiff in the morning when she gets up. In addition, she says that her arthritic fingers fell much less stiff and more flexible in the morning as well.
