Good flavor
I use this for making fried rice. I can’t get Chinese bbq pork in the rural area that I live in. The sausage adds the right flavor to my fried rice. It freezes well , so I can use it when I need it.

If you have tried it before and like it, you can prepare it so simply
Good Cantonese pork sausage that serves simply in slices after steaming or cooked simply by putting on top of raw rice with water in cooking rice.

Comfort food
Easy to prepare by throwing in the rice cooker along with your favorite rice. It makes for the perfect comfort food on a lazy cooking day. Not healthy for you, but I’d hope you already know that.
