I’ve found that these spats are an excellent choice for a growing athlete.Fit and ComfortOne of the standout features of these spats is how well they fit. They are snug!!! It’s difficult to find such a perfect fit for the female grappler. The fabric stretches in all the right places, allowing her to move freely during rolls, whether it’s executing sweeps, guard work, or submissions. They feel lightweight, breathable, and comfortable, which is key for long training sessions.No Riding Down or ShiftingIn terms of performance, what impressed me the most was how well the spats stay in place, especially during compromised positions. She is no stranger to tough positions like guard or mount, and it’s typical for other gear to shift or ride up. However, these spats stay securely in place, even when they’re on their back or in a scramble. The waistband is elastic but firm, and it has just the right amount of stretch to keep them secure without being uncomfortable. I’ve noticed that they don’t ride down in the back during intense rolling, a common issue with other spats we’ve tried.

These are great for working out and Nogi jiujitsu. Simple style and great fit! Would recommend.

We ordered these spats according to the given sizing chart. They are a perfect fit! The material is high quality and wicks the sweat away nicely. Perfect for no gi training under some shorts or under the gi for a bit of added skin protection. The elastic at the ankles hold tight without being uncomfortable like some brands.

Material feels great and it feels like it will hold up well to the rigors of BJJ. I bought a size large and my 50lb 5 year old will definately have to grow into them.

Surprisingly my 8yo loves these pants. He is very particular about the weight of his pants fabric so these are a great option to wear under shorts. Note that there’s lots of print on the outside of these pants so they may look weird if you wear something over them

My 8 year old absolutely LOVED these spats. He used them during his BJJ practice and raved about them not riding up and actually staying in place. He also stated that he was able to freely move in them and that he didn't have to be fixing himself as he usually does with other product brands. My daughter loved these! Shes 83 lbs and we got a youth large. They fit perfect. The quality of the fabric is amazing and the waist band isn’t restricting, very durable.Great to train and compete in.
