3dtotal Female Anatomy Figure: 10.5-inch Anatomical Reference for Artists (Grey)

This is the only female artists' model I could find with a good build quality that didn't quite cost a small fortune. When I saw that it was used and cost a bit less than what a typical 3DTotal model goes for, I knew I'd better jump on it before someone else did. It was in very good condition and I knew that there were no other comparable female anatomical models that I could afford. 3DTotal builds them well & I'm glad to have this one in my collection. The only complaint I have is that the writing on the included anatomical chart is so miniscule that it's hardly legible. This isn't a deal-killer, though. I'll eventually purchase a proper anatomical chart since I have this and a male anatomical figure. It fits well into the included stand and stands on its own quite well. I highly recommend this anatomical figure for artists and sculptors on a budget. It's a statuette, not an action figure. It's far superior and more proportionally accurate than the wooden effigies and Art S. Buck female figure. If you can get this figure for $99 or less, get it before someone else does.

Great detail, exactly what I was looking for as a gift for my husband (character artist). Really close inspection I think I can see a molding seam, but its been smoothed out. Even finger tips look great, no ragged edges anywhere. Fits base, well balanced (no toplling over). Was packaged very well, tempted to keep the box for when we move to keep her intact.

I usually never leave a review, but this little sculpture is great. I studied sculpture in a fine art academy specialized in figurative /realistic sculpture and all our project were realized with real life models, and this ecorche’ is so well done. Proportion and transitions are extremely realistic, and it is such a big help for me now that I don’t work with real life models anymore and I have a tendency to overmodel. The only cons is the base which feel flimsy and should be heavier and sturdier to ground such a delicate product.congratulations to the artist! :-)

Normally these things go for double or even triple the cost, but these seem to be high-quality 3d prints with a hand finish or maybe a PVC cast done in bulk to drop the unit cost. Whatever the reason, they're so affordable that you don't need to read this review. If you think this would be useful to you, it will be. The quality isn't bad at all.

Received mine with a crack running around the right arm.

Figure has weird cracks along the sides, and a ridiculous amount of plastic left between the limbs and body.The hands aren't properly molded. I've bought the male figure from the actual 3dTotal website and was very happy with it. Not sure if why this figure is so poorly made, but I'm returning it. *Update* I was contacted by the company, they have changed their molding process and I apparently received an old model. They are replacing the one I received. The level of customer service is phenomenal and I'm very excited to receive my new figure. Great company and would highly recommend ordering from them.

Cheap made for the price. Muscle lines not well defined. Should be 30 dollars not more
